Got a call that said it was from O2 but the person didn’t ask any security questions, just jumped straight into talking about changing my data plan. I told him it was strange he never checked who I was and didn’t ask for any proof. Plus, I mentioned I’m actually with another company, which seemed to catch him off guard. He said sorry and hung up pretty quick after that. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.
