This outfit is nothing but a bunch of fraudsters posing as a service for housing repairs. They can’t be trusted; they’re definitely up to no good!

I just received a rather suspicious call from someone who had my full name and postcode, claiming to be part of the housing disrepair team. When I pressed him for more details, he insisted they were “THE” team responsible for my property’s damp, mould, and various other repairs. When I queried why I hadn’t encountered them before, he rather dismissively remarked that it was because I hadn’t previously needed any repairs. As soon as I mentioned that all repair concerns should be routed through my estate agent, the call suddenly ended. He had an Asian accent, came across as quite charming and self-assured, albeit with a hint of impatience and a tendency to rush his words, making it hard to follow. Just thought I’d share this to raise some awareness.
