I've had three calls now from 'Energy Hub' - first from Sheffield, then Edinburgh, and recently Leeds. It’s definitely not a real person on the line. The voice, 'Jo', sounds like a mature woman but it’s just some AI or automated system. I tried to chat by asking things like 'who are you?' and 'where are you located?' but as soon as the machine can't reply, it just drops the call. The replies are always exactly the same recording. Honestly, if you try asking anything that a person should answer, you won’t get anywhere!
