This 0113 number rang me up claiming to be from Leeds, but I’ve no mates or contacts there. Felt like a dodgy call to me, so I wisely ignored it. Proper scam, I reckon! Glad I didn’t answer in the end.

I answered the phone and they asked if I was Mrs Evans, even though I’ve got a pretty thick Yorkshire bloke accent. I said I wasn’t. Then they just kept on like, “How are you doing today, Mrs Evans?” It was a bit strange to say the least!

Had a really hard time making out what he was saying because of his thick accent and flat voice.
I asked him to explain exactly who he was or where he was calling from.
He told me it wasn’t a sales pitch.
I tried to get more info again...
but he just ended the call.

I get calls from someone pretending to be Amazon support every single day. Today, feeling a bit fed up, I told him straight up that I knew he was a scammer. He ended up calling me a rude name! Next time I’m passing through Leeds, I might just drop by to have a word with him.

Got a call from Leeds, the guy had a strong Indian accent and was pretty hard to catch what he was saying. The only thing I picked up about the company was the word "assistance" at the end. He was talking about some accident that supposedly wasn’t my fault but didn’t have the car’s registration details. When I refused to give out any info, he just ended the call. He did know my first name though.

I had my doubts about the call claiming to be from Sky, so I just ended it.
