They said they were from something like the ‘energy centre’. While she was blabbering away, I quickly looked up the number. The moment I questioned why the caller ID showed it as a scam, she straight away ended the call.

Got a call from a woman asking about the insulation in my house. When I tried to see if she worked for an insulation company, she kinda dodged the question and just kept saying it was a free check-up. She asked if I owned the place, what my postcode was, and what kind of house I had. Pretty clear she had no clue about me and was just trying to drum up some clients. Of course, I didn’t give her any details!

Got a call from a "Jo" again, this time from a London and Manchester number. I just ended it straight away, I’m sick of these so-called "local" energy advisors pestering me. Pretty sure it’s dodgy.
