I got this voicemail from some recorded voice saying it was HMRC about a tax refund I could get by hitting a link. Bit cheeky really! But come on, I’m no fool... I don’t even pay tax. How on earth am I meant to claim a tax rebate when I’m not even on the tax rolls?
