Absolutely, it was a school that I picked up the call from, as I believed it might be related to another issue I had been dealing with. It definitely wasn’t a recorded message; the voice on the line sounded like a man with an Indian accent, but I struggled to comprehend him. He mentioned he'd forward me an "email", and when I asked him to repeat the address he provided, it turned out to be incorrect. I only engaged with him since I was dealing with a matter that could potentially link back to the number in question.
