Absolutely chuffed with these folks! Managed to get our refund, which totaled £3491.82. Admittedly, it took a bit of time, but in hindsight, it was definitely worth it. Just had to fill out a few basic forms-nothing too daunting. Sure, we had to give them a small percentage, but it was all above board and so invaluable in the grand scheme of things.
