I got a call from someone who sounded really nice, said her name was Steph Harrison, and claimed she was conducting a survey for NS&I. When I seemed a bit doubtful, she offered to share a number I could verify with. But when I asked if she could send me the details by email, she said that wasn’t how they operated. In the end, I chose not to get involved.
