The phone kept ringing a few times, and every time I picked up the caller just hung up. After a while of this happening repeatedly, I decided to block the number.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from the “independent review team” about life insurance. When I asked why they aren’t a registered company, she just said they’re connected to Pinnacle Projects. They also refused to say how they got my details. I ended up hanging up - definitely felt like a scam to me.

Picked up the phone but the person just hung up straight away. Checked online and saw the number’s been looked up 9 times before, said to be a landline from Leeds. It’s like someone’s calling from a public phone around midnight, rings once and then goes dead. Very odd!
