I've had the misfortune of chatting with them before, and it turned out to be a so-called “debt management” outfit. They were after a fair amount of personal information and even had the audacity to ask for my bank details to set up some dodgy direct debit scheme supposedly to help me sort my debts out. They even claimed they could help me with debts to the DWP, which I know is a load of rubbish!
