They've kept ringing me again and again but never say a word. When I finally picked up, annoyed, I told them firmly I don’t want any help with debt and to stop calling as they’ve already phoned me five times. They rudely replied “NO I DIDN’T” and called me a liar before hanging up on me. They’re still calling me nonstop -_-

They keep ringing me even though I’m in hospital after a big operation. The police just don’t do anything to stop these scammers. You turn your phone on to update your family after surgery, and all you get is these idiots pretending to be someone they’re not. Honestly, my faith in the police is gone because they don’t seem to care. What’s the point of having laws if those meant to protect vulnerable people don’t bother?

But the weird thing is, they rang from a Leeds number, so I was a bit suspicious. I just told them I only got my broadband a couple of months back, so no need for any upgrades, and that was that.
