This number, along with a few others, has been ringing me nonstop for months. The company’s called Beneficial Opinions ([#]beneficialopinions[###]/). I've told them every single time to take me off their list (sometimes they phone me up to 4 times a day) but nothing changes. I even tried calling back, but the automated message said there’s some technical issue and they can't answer me, though it gave me a different number to call (0161 360 0000) to opt out, which I’ve done now. Hoping this actually sorts it. If not, I’ll have to report them to the TPS soon.

Their aim is to get your personal info and pass it to other scammers. Sometimes they even use voice changers to fake a British accent, but it sounds awful and kinda funny. The only real way to block them is by getting a call blocker app.

I asked this bloke 'Jason' from Beneficial where he got my number, and he claimed it was from some CBI thing (customer something, but couldn’t quite catch it 'cause of his strong accent). When I asked if Beneficial purchased my details from CBI, he first said yes, but then suddenly changed it to no, saying I wasn’t getting what he meant. I then calmly asked him to take me off their list, and he flat out said ‘no’ quite rudely, handing me over to another person who just kept saying ‘hello’ and acted like he wasn’t listening at all.

It's definitely a dodgy scheme, and I advise everyone to steer clear of engaging with them. They were on the line, trying to manipulate me for more than a quarter of an hour, only hanging up when I threatened to post their information on my Scam Buster site. Proper marketing firms don’t waste that kind of time for a single interaction, especially once it’s made clear that you’re not giving anything away. I reckon this must be some sort of loan firm trying to reach a person named Natalie. Every time my wife answers, they inquire if she's Natalie, and if she’s not, they ask if they can speak to her about claiming a loan. The truth is, we don’t know anyone by that name, and I’ve never sought a loan myself. The moment I answer the call, the caller hangs up instantly. We have endured roughly six calls before I finally decided to block them. Despite doing so, the number still manages to crop up on my phone at least a couple of times a week. Total scam! I told em straight away they’d got the wrong number but they just kept on chatting. I ended up just saying “you’ve got the wrong number” over and over till they finally hung up. They’ve called me like 5 times today while I was at work as well.

I've been receiving calls from this number incessantly for weeks now! Despite my repeated requests to have my details taken off their list, they just won't stop. It's utterly infuriating!

I received a call from 01134990057, claiming to be from some sort of telecommunications firm I'd never encountered before. There were even giggles in the background, which just added to the oddness. They didn’t provide a name, making it all feel rather dodgy-definitely not a reputable phone company, if you ask me!
