I got a call from MY PPI REFUND, a company that has handled things for me previously. The person on the phone was quite rude, speaking quickly and loudly, and got annoyed when I refused to give all my personal info right away for their checks. I asked them for their contact info so I could call back and make sure they were legit, but the caller just ignored me. They yelled out some head office numbers and then cut me off. Honestly, it was really unprofessional and not how you should treat customers, whether they’re old or new.

Got a call about getting money back from mis-sold PPI, but it just sounded like a robot speaking and then they hung up right away. Felt a bit dodgy, not sure what that was about?
