This number has rung me about 8 times just this week! I tried calling back from my landline but they don’t pick up withheld calls, so I got a bit suspicious. Had a look on here to find out who it belonged to and have now blocked the number!

This number has phoned me half a dozen times over the last week. I picked up three times and each caller said they were from the FCC. They all spoke with American accents. When I told them to stop calling and to remove my number from their list, they got a bit cheeky. But I shut it down quick by telling them I knew it was a scam and that they're breaking telecom laws. Got a call earlier but couldn’t pick up. Seems dodgy, probably a scam or fishing attempt. The phone number looked like it was from Leeds but could easily be from abroad. I had a call like this before from someone pretending to be from TPS asking for my bank info to pay for some extra cover. I reported that number to TPS since they never ask for money and they said it was a London number bought online but not actually active.

I got a missed call from 0113 493 1348 on Wed 14 Dec 16; the next day, Thu 15 Dec 16, I called back to check if it had something to do with my job (it didn’t). The person who answered said he was with a financial claims firm (not 100% sure which one) and wanted to talk about "packaged bank accounts - PBAs" and if I had the best deal. I told him I wasn’t interested in discussing my bank stuff or getting any documents from them and ended the call.
