I told them I’d done some research on a third-party site (which is true) and for panels that face south with no shading, these optimisers aren’t really worth it. They might only make sense if there’s shading involved.

I got a call asking if I was aware of PBA, initially thought it was some kind of scam. But after hearing her out, it made sense and I found out I actually had it. She just sent me some info to check if I'd been missold, and turns out I was. Sent it back and ended up getting a £1050 refund. Crazy to think I’d been ignoring these calls for weeks!

Got a call from some number I didn’t recognise so didn’t bother picking up. I listened to my voicemails and during the few seconds they stayed connected, I could hear what sounded like a call centre buzz in the background. Have just blocked the number now.

When I looked up FCC Claims Management Limited, it shows a company in Leeds, but not sure if that was actually the firm behind the call or just someone pretending.
