Here’s the kicker: I had just been in conversation with actual Aviva regarding legal matters, so I was wise to their ruse. And honestly, there were children squawking away in the background as though they were in some chaotic playgroup rather than a professional office! I promptly disconnected the call, and they had the audacity to ring back later. I've since added the number to my block list.
