They told me to open my laptop and enter a command into the ‘Tun’ box. Suddenly, a window popped up showing loads of errors - she said there were over 22,000! She seemed quite amused and insisted it was urgent to fix it straight away. I tried to ask some questions, but she kept pressing me to act quickly. Something didn’t feel right, so I decided to hold off and verify with TalkTalk’s official support before doing anything else.
