I received a rather curious phone call from a woman claiming my loft insulation was below par in terms of regulations. She had a distinct London accent, which made me pay a bit more attention. However, just as I was about to reply, she abruptly cut the line. Oddly enough, all she uttered was ‘Hello,’ and she didn’t bother to mention her company at any point. Quite the strange encounter, I must say!
