Got calls from this number twice earlier today. The first was about half 8 in the morning, an asian bloke on the line saying he’d just take a minute. I told him I was busy and hung up. Then about ten minutes ago, the same number called again but when I picked up it was just Ansafone and no message was left. This number is really annoying, BT should step in and block it or something.

It was a guy with an Indian accent from some company called UK Essentials. He promised it’d be a quick chat but, knowing what these calls are like, I said okay and then cut him off. Then at 11:25, the same number called again, but this time it was a woman. Same spiel about taking just a minute. I asked her for their Companies House registration, and suddenly she went quiet and ended the call.

When she was asked how she got our number, she had to check with someone else and then just cut off. Tried calling back, got through to an extension where they asked me to leave a voicemail.
