For the last three days I’ve been getting calls twice daily from this number. Today I finally picked up, and some bloke with a heavy Indian accent who said his name was Paul wanted to talk to me by name. I told him the phone and number aren’t his anymore since I bought it off him. After a weird silence, he just ended the call. I’ve blocked the number now.

So far, I've blocked around 113 annoying numbers and I just don’t pick up anymore 'cause it gets me riled up dealing with these calls. The police told me to check out the Watchdog site to report this stuff. My advice is if you don’t know the number, just decline, look it up on here, and block after seeing what others say. It’s good to see more folks catching on to these scams bit by bit. Take care out there, everyone!

Got a call from an Asian lady, sounded Indian, said she had five quick questions for me then’d be done. Didn’t stick around after that, so I just cut the call and blocked the number.

I got a call from an Asian man who said he had just a few quick questions, thought it would be simple. But then he kept asking loads more stuff, like what brand my washing machine was, who supplied our energy and internet, and if I had any life insurance. He seemed really keen on finding out where I lived, and when I asked him why that was important, he just ended the call straight away.

I got a call from this Asian woman using number 01134876998. She started off by saying my name and claiming she had just a few quick questions, like it would only take a minute or so. But the moment she rattled off my full address, I ended the call and blocked her. She mentioned something like UK Life or similar, which made me suspicious it might be one of those dodgy life insurance scams. Not 100% certain though, but better safe than sorry, so I blocked the number.

Got a call from some place called Uk Choice, an Asian bloke on the line. He was asking me to verify my new address because apparently the one they had was wrong. Could barely make out what he was saying though. Didn’t trust it, so I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from a lad named Greg, said he was from UK Choice. He asked some questions, but he got my address wrong, so I just gave him wrong answers back! It was mostly stuff like what kind of washing machine I have and who supplies my utilities. Had a laugh with it, but I’ve blocked the number now - don’t really fancy doing that again!
