So this guy rang me up, claimed to be from ‘First Claim’. When I told him I'd ring back later, he got all annoyed. Pretty obvious scam if you ask me. Watch out, it's definitely dodgy!

I got a call from someone claiming to be Instant Legal, saying I’d been in a car accident and had claims for damages. They said a seatbelt injury would stay on record for two years. Even after I told them to stop calling me and take me off their list, they kept ringing me up.

Got a call about a car claim the other day. Told them straight away they'd have to talk to my solicitor directly. They warned me there might be more calls coming and some could be rude or hang up if I didn’t comply. Again, I said they need to deal with my solicitor, not me. They then asked how many passengers were in my car, but I just repeated that all queries must go through my solicitor. Eventually, they hung up, clearly annoyed I wouldn’t share info. Honestly, don’t hand over any details to these lot!
