Just a quick heads up - this really is Homeserve. Today, 22/06/2023, a bloke came to fix our sink, and as he left he mentioned that Homeserve might ring later on with a deal on boilers, offering about £500 off. Sure enough, about 20 mins after he left, I got a call from them. I missed it at first, but the guy was still outside, so I showed him the number and he said yep, that was definitely Homeserve calling.

Got a call from Homeserve. The guy said it was their usual office number on my screen, but he was actually working remotely. It was boiling today and I was busy with some building work outside. Honestly, not sure how I didn’t hang up on the last one, but I made it clear I wasn’t up for it. You ought to respond and request that they remove all your information from their dialling system. It’s an automated setup, and from what I gather, they’re legally obliged to comply.
