some bloke rang me about this supposed ‘accident’ i was in. i told him i get calls like this all the time and asked how many accidents he thought i’ve had. he just said sorry and promised to take me off his list, was pretty polite actually. ended up blocking the number anyway.

I've had 7 calls from this number over the past 9 days. Even though I've blocked it, they keep ringing. Seriously, how hard is it to take a hint and leave me alone? If it's really HMRC doing a survey, maybe they should pick a less pushy agency next time!

been telling them i’m not interested in their survey but they keep ringing me every few days. today this bloke was really pushy, making it sound like i had no option but to do the survey because it was for hmrc. quite disrespectful, if you ask me.

I actually received an official letter from HMRE about a survey being conducted by IFF Research, so it’s likely legit. Taking part in the survey is optional, but I’ve decided not to do it. According to the letter, it would take around 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

I got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, checking up about a letter they said they sent me. Thing is, I never got any letter at all. They mentioned they’d ring me back later.
