Really not good at all, my phone dialled their number back by itself and then the system said: the number you’ve called can't be found, please double-check it. Not great at all.

Some firm named Integra has been ringing me, so I blocked them on my mobile since they never left a voicemail. Turns out they also had my landline number. When I finally got hold of a lady from there, she said sorry and promised to remove me from some ‘car insurance claim database’ so the calls should stop. That was a couple of weeks back, yet they’re at it again ringing me nonstop.

I got a call from someone saying they're from a company called Integra about some car insurance claim I made last year. They kept asking about the same thing and didn’t really seem to know much about what happened, even though they had my car info. The whole call felt dodgy and I’m sick of dealing with these wastes of time, so I just ended the call.
