Received a nuisance call, and as soon as I picked up, they disconnected. I've gone ahead and blocked the number.

The line was awful and kept cutting out, there was a woman speaking with a strange accent. I could barely make out what she was saying. When I told her I couldn’t hear properly, she just ended the call.
