On 31/3/2017, got a call from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk tech support - total scam. The guy said his name was Sean, so I asked him to spell it out. Had a laugh acting like I couldn’t catch what he was saying properly.

I received a call where the chap on the other end seemed to think he was speaking to Mrs ........... I confirmed that he was correct. Then he inquired about my name, to which I pointed out that he had already mentioned it. After a slight awkwardness, he apologised for bothering me and hung up. Could this possibly be a scam call?
