Received a dodgy call claiming to be from Virgin Media about my internet firewall. They didn’t have any of my personal info and the bloke on the other end had a thick Chinese accent. I informed him that I was going to report this as a potentially harmful scam.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media, said there was an issue with my internet firewall. Tried to convince me to turn on my computer to fix everything. Didn’t have a clue about my Virgin account number. The guy sounded Chinese. I told him I’d be reporting the call. Definitely a scam.
