I registered on a website about solar panels and booked a meeting with an advisor. The online ad claimed the government covers the cost so solar panels are free, but that wasn't the case at all. The price ended up being around £9,000 to £11,000. I didn’t agree to pay. Now, I’m getting calls from a Leeds number, 01134267819, but I just ignore them. Also, shortly after signing up, someone from London (02080892440) gave me a ring. When I asked where they got my number, the woman said it was because I signed up online. I’ve blocked that number as well.

I got a few calls but didn't pick up on any of them.

I got a call from some solar energy firm using an auto dialler. It kept ringing me a few times but there was just silence on the other end, like they were waiting for someone to pick up but no one ever spoke. Bit annoying, really.

Since there weren’t any reviews, figured it could be legit (i know some folks in leeds too) and called it back. Got some recorded message about solar panels, so ended the call and blocked them straight away.

I received a phone call from this number earlier. I chose not to answer at the time, but decided to ring back and was greeted by an automated message - it turns out it was Project Solar ringing. They specialise in selling solar panels for residential properties. Looks like it’s just a typical sales pitch.
