Got a call from a recorded message claiming to be the NHS, asking if I still needed my diabetes meds. Said to press 1 if yes, or 2 if I wasn’t taking them anymore. The voice sounded like a southern English lady.

Got a call from a lady claiming to be from Nationwide building society about my mortgage. Thing is, she had my previous address and postcode. When I asked her to explain why she was calling, she just ended the call. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

I've reported this to the fraud department at Nationwide Building Society since it's obvious a scam- they ain't calling from the bank at all. Don't share any info, its definitely dodgy.

I picked up and spoke in an Indian accent, giving my full name and address. First thing I asked was “who’s calling?” Then they just dropped the call. What worries me is how easily someone could just answer and get my full details, though to be honest, they went through it so fast and with such a strong accent it was hard to catch most of it. No clue who they were or why they called, but they definitely had a lot of my personal info.

Got a call from some bloke saying he was John from Nationwide. Not buying that was his real name. He started asking me loads of questions, I kept my answers a bit dodgy, then he just dropped the call. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Really pushy bloke with an Asian accent. When I asked who it was, he just asked if I was bloody deaf and then started yelling about my mum! Honestly, I’m stunned. We definitely shouldn’t be getting calls like this. Not sure who to complain to or if that would even help.

Got a call on my home phone from a woman with an Asian accent. She asked for me by name and wanted me to confirm my address, saying she was calling from Marks and Spencer. I told her she’d got the wrong number. Pretty clear scam since M&S wouldn’t have my info like that.
