Received a call around 12:15 on the 12th of May, 2023. The person on the line claimed to be from a tenancy repairs programme. Unfortunately, they were rather evasive and wouldn't properly respond to my inquiries. I asked who had instructed them to get in touch and what tenancy firm they represented. If they were genuine in their claims, I wondered how they couldn't tell me what type of accommodation I have-whether it's a caravan, flat, terrace, semi-detached house, fully detached property, or bungalow. I figured such details should be on their records, so why the confusion? When they failed to provide clarity, I cheekily mentioned I live in a tent at the third curb side, just past the second hedge on the right on some back road in Notown, postcode NE14 ABJ. I suggested they send me a letter, but I doubt they’ll bother as I’m a private homeowner. Cheers then, off I go!
