I’ve been inundated with calls from this number - received three in just the past 24 hours! Is there any way to put a stop to this? Surely this could qualify as harassment, wouldn’t you agree? It feels like we’re teetering on the edge of something that should be legally actionable.

I’ve had a right run-around with these individuals. They were well aware that I’ve got solar panels and approached me with the promise of conducting a survey to pitch their gadget that allegedly boosts my tariff earnings and slashes my energy costs. When I inquired about pricing, they insisted that a survey was necessary to determine which model would be appropriate. I mean, wouldn’t it make sense to lay out a range from the most budget-friendly to the top-tier options? To top it all off, I received two subsequent calls to verify my address, and then a third one the day before the appointment. Yet, when the day arrived, not a soul turned up or bothered to get in touch to explain their absence! Quite the shambles, really!
