The voice on the line simply keeps asking for someone named Andy Jones, and when I don't respond, it repeats the question incessantly. It feels a bit dodgy, so I’m wondering if this could be some sort of phone scam to rack up charges. The caller ID just says "unknown," which adds to the suspicion.
