We've signed up with both the Telephone Preference Service and the Fax Preference Service, yet we’ve been plagued by this problem for the last year. BT seems rather disinterested in providing any assistance. I really ought to insist on better service from BT; considering the amount I pay them, the service we receive is simply appalling!

It feels as though BT is not interested in assisting us. I'm quite keen to demand a more satisfactory service from BT; the fees we pay certainly don’t reflect the shoddy service we’re receiving.
