Today I got a missed call from a Leeds number, so I rang back. The moment I called, someone picked up straight away and said "hello Mrs R." I asked who was calling, and after repeating myself a couple of times, they said the company's name was Eligible and it had something to do with my state pension. I never asked anyone to ring me about my pension, so it felt a bit off. Didn't like that they already knew my full name either. I made it very clear they shouldn't get in touch again. Honestly, it left me a bit uneasy.
