Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from BT, warning me my broadband was gonna slow down soon. He started asking how many gadgets I had hooked up and what they were. Said he could guide me on what to do to sort it out. It all felt a bit dodgy, so I told him I was tied up and I'd ring BT myself later, then I just ended the call. Checked with BT afterwards and they said they don't do cold calls like that, confirming it was a scam attempt.
