So, this firm Crosfill & Archer rang me up and wanted to know whether I’d stayed in or out of SERPS and if I’d ever paid PPI before. They claimed they’d sort out my claim to retrieve any money I was unfairly charged. They actually sent me a form to fill in but I haven’t bothered completing it yet.

Been getting calls from them non-stop every day, was starting to get really annoying. So I decided to block the number, then out of nowhere, they send me a letter. Totally forgot I even agreed to work with them. Figured I’d just let them sort it since Santander’s been useless. They said they’re listed on the Ministry of Justice site, so hopefully all legit. Didn’t have to share much apart from my name, address, and birthday. They reckon I’ll hear back in a couple of weeks, but honestly, I’m not holding my breath.

I got a call from a place called C&A Claims, they actually mentioned my first name which made it seem legit at first. Then they started talking about payment protection stuff. Honestly, they need to be shut down, sounds like a scam to me.
