I received a call from a firm named Crosfill & Archer who inquired whether I had consented to SERPS and if I had ever paid PPI previously. They mentioned they'd assist me in reclaiming any incorrectly charged fees. They even sent me a form for completion, but I haven't gotten around to filling it out yet.

I found their constant calls incredibly irritating, coming through daily without fail. I decided to block the number, but then they followed up with a letter, which took me by surprise-I’d completely forgotten I had signed up with them! I’m inclined to let them take care of things since Santander seems rather unhelpful in these matters. They’re listed on the Ministry of Justice’s website, so I presume that’s a good sign, fingers crossed! I only had to provide them with my name, address, and date of birth; thankfully, nothing too invasive. They’ve mentioned I should expect an outcome in a fortnight. To be honest, I’m not holding my breath for anything significant.

Utterly despicable behaviour, someone like that deserves to be punished severely-perhaps we should take a leaf out of history and consider something truly dreadful, like the old days of execution, then banish them far and wide across the globe!

I received a call from a firm claiming to be C&A. Initially, they addressed me by my first name, which gave the impression that they were familiar with me. However, it quickly became apparent that they were discussing payment protection and suggesting that I should put an end to it. I believe they need to face some consequences for their actions.
