She implied she could secure us a better hotel rate than any other provider. When I informed her that we had already made our reservations, she then demanded the name of our hotel. I told her that it was irrelevant to her, and she promptly hung up in the middle of my sentence without any further comment. Overall, this was a rather intrusive cold call and quite a rude manner of conversation.
