If this is Lowell, they're really relentless. I've already paid more than £550 and never missed a payment lately, but since my payment date shifted from the 2nd to the 15th of this month, they sent me a text. I replied by email and then they rang me today but I didn’t pick up. Honestly, I just owe them £70!

Seems like a typical VOIP call coming through Edge Telecoms. I’d advise blocking this number, just to be on the safe side.

Lowell are rubbish, honestly. I agreed to pay a set amount every month to settle a debt, asked for a payment card, and then this woman started pressuring me to give my bank details. I refused because I don't want money coming straight out of my account - Lloyds got me into debt in the first place, so it's their fault. Anyway, she said she'd check with her manager, which took about 20 minutes, but in the end I just hung up. I called someone else in the company who was much more helpful and promised to send the card. Then I got a letter saying I'd be paying by card, but the card never showed up. Totally useless, if you ask me.

Had a load of calls from some debt collection place called Lowell Financial. They kept ringing non stop and were proper forceful on the phone. Didn’t answer most of them ’cause I was busy.
