Should this be Lowell, they're showing remarkable tenacity. I've forked out more than £550 thus far and have been diligent with all my payments lately. However, since my payment date has shifted to the 15th from the 2nd of this month, they've gone ahead and messaged me. I shot them an email in response, but they gave me a ring today which I chose to ignore. The kicker? I only owe them a measly £70!

Seems like a typical VOIP call coming through Edge Telecoms. I’d advise blocking this number, just to be on the safe side.

I'm absolutely with you on that! Dealing with Lowell has been a complete nightmare. I set up an arrangement to pay them a fixed amount every month to settle a bill. When I requested a payment card, a woman started to berate me, trying to coax me into handing over my bank details. I firmly told her there would be no money coming out of my account since I'm in this mess due to Lloyds' blunders. I didn't want to risk my new bank details falling into the wrong hands. She then claimed she'd need to consult her supervisor and spent a staggering 20 minutes on hold; in the end, I gave up and called someone else in the company. Thankfully, the other representative was rather pleasant and assured me they’d send out a card. However, after that, I received a letter confirming the arrangement but no card ever showed up. Honestly, what a shambles!

I’ve been pestered by Lowell Financial, those debt collectors are quite aggressive and tend to come off as quite intimidating. I've lost count of the times they've rung me without me being able to answer.
