Some bloke calling himself Kevin from BT Openreach rang me up sayin there was an issue with my Broadband speed and asked me to check a website online :-) When I said everything was fine and told him my Windows 10 screen doesn't fall for scammers, he just went off on one calling me a "You Son of a B****", said I couldn’t do anything about it and hung up. Doubt I’m gettin a Christmas card from 'Kevin' anytime soon :-) Just a heads up - I got in touch with BT Openreach and they confirmed loads of scammers are using their name to "sort out" your internet problems.
