They pretended to represent the FCA and then directed me to a dubious website, presumably to fish for my personal account information. I hung up before things got too sketchy, but somehow they managed to snag enough details to bypass my network provider’s security measures and shifted my number to another network! I strongly advise cutting the call immediately and blocking these scammers.
