Received a message from dra saying they’ll be picking up stuff on the 1st of July sometime between 5 and 5:15.

A few minutes after receiving the message, I freaked out a bit. But when I read it properly, there was no mention of my name, just some warning about reinforcements coming to take belongings, expected at my place between 5.05 and 5.15, with a number to call. I didn't bother ringing and no one showed up. It's definitely a scam. Honestly, it's really cruel, especially for folks who are struggling with mental health or feeling vulnerable. These scammers are the absolute worst.

They told me i supposedly owed over a grand to this company Lowell, so i got in touch with Lowell, and they said there's no record of me owing anything. This smells like a scam to me. Received a message from someone claiming to be DRA saying they'd be coming to my place to collect stuff. Then the bloke, Andrew Bell or something, started getting really rude and threatening me. Proper nasty attitude.

I got a text message, but honestly, official folks never reach out that way. They’d send a letter first, with a reference number at the top right, asking you to get in touch. Then they’d talk payments. When I asked this bloke if he liked his legs, he said yes. I warned him that if anyone showed up at my house pretending to be enforcers, they'd have to reckon with my American bulldog, who weighs about 12.5 stone. He’s done it before - dealt with someone trying to break in, and that intruder ended up in hospital.

Got a text from Dra saying I'd better pay up or bailiffs would turn up anytime between 6 in the morning and 6 in the evening. When I called the number back, they told me I owed £1286 but never explained who to or what for. The person on the line was really rude, wouldn’t let me say a word and kept interrupting me constantly. Proper nasty experience.

They keep calling me loads every day and texting too, even after I’ve blocked them. It’s really upsetting. They said someone might come round to my house to get money for Lowell, and it’s over £1000! They also wanted to see my bank statements and payslips.

Then later he switched it to Monday and mentioned some bloke called Michael. Honestly, it’s really starting to piss me off. Totally dodgy. They were really creepy towards my old dad, made him feel proper uncomfortable. Got racist too, asking if I was some sort of P**** from India and if my mum was a #### cause they doubted who my dad was. Definitely a con. I looked them up and they claim to be DRA with an address in Ulster, Ireland, but the phone number’s from Leeds, UK. Would not recommend answering this number - it’s not to be trusted at all.

Honestly, these lot are a total rip-off. They were hassling my elderly dad and it got quite nasty. One of them started being proper racist, asking if I was an Indian p**** and if my mum was a #### cause apparently I don’t know my dad. I looked into them and found out they claim to be DRA but give an address in Ulster, Ireland, and a phone number that’s actually based in Leeds, UK. Seriously, don’t trust this number, it’s not just dodgy, it’s plain dangerous.

Just received another message from Max Recoveries, number 01133280809. Decided to check it out and found it’s actually a block of numbers registered in New Delhi, India (01133280000 to 01133289999). Pretty clear this is a scam, don’t fall for it!

I got a text from 0113 328 0809 saying a bailiff was on their way to my place and they’d be taking my stuff soon if I didn’t sort it out right away! I phoned back three times and spoke to a bloke with an accent who claimed that Lowell Portfolio passed my info to them and I had to cough up £1170 or face an IVA. Then they put me on a call with some supposed “debt advice” people. It felt really intimidating, so I asked if they could ring me later. Luckily, I googled the number and found out it was a scam! Nearly got caught out, so watch yourselves!

I did speak to T& after ringing them loads of times before someone finally answered. They were really rude and kept threatening me. I also contacted Lowell, but they hadn’t a clue who these people were. I kept asking them to prove the debt with something in writing, but they just got even more aggressive. Makes me worry how many vulnerable folks actually end up paying them just out of fear.
