7 yearsGot three calls in as many days, all claiming to be from BT internet. They said there was some issue with my account and threatened to disconnect me unless I pressed 1 to speak to an advisor, or press 2 to end the call and face disconnection. I just hung up straight away. By the third day, they got more aggressive, talking about malware problems and even said I could get arrested if I didn’t press 1. All the calls were recorded messages.
