This company raises a few eyebrows as they seem to be colluding with a dubious outfit known as Excel Parking. It’s rather ridiculous that merely pausing momentarily on certain roads can trigger an automatic fine. You’re looking at a £60.00 penalty if you cough up within ten days, or it jumps to £100 if you procrastinate. 1. What’s the logic behind forbidding stops on most roads (motorways aside)? 2. If obtaining vehicle details from the DVLA is supposedly illegal, why are they so keen to offload this information to tricksters like Excel? A word to the wise-steer clear of conversing with them. If you do find yourself in a discussion, abstain from admitting any fault. Never share personal information that might assist them in identifying you or your whereabouts. These firms can be relentless nuisance for years on end. Always dismiss their menacing threats of legal action. In reality, they won’t follow through unless you engage with them.

I told her I don’t give out any info over the phone, especially to companies I haven’t contacted first, saying it’s a data protection risk. I said I’d protect my info by not sharing anything. She then said they’d send me something in the post. I looked up their website, and it’s a debt collection firm, but since I don’t owe anything, it’s got nothing to do with me.

Annoying calls almost every other day asking to confirm my name, address, and numbers multiple times a week. From what I can tell, it's about sorting my online banking details.

They rang me up asking me to confirm my address. I told them I wouldn’t do it unless they explained what it was about. They claimed they’d tried to reach me through letters and other ways, but I never got anything from them. The whole thing’s left me feeling really uneasy and worried. I didn’t end up giving them any info though.
