I asked him to confirm he was really from Virgin, and he told me to check the number on the back of my card. He then tried to get my card details. I gave him a few digits but it didn’t feel right so I ended the call. When I rang Virgin myself, they said it wasn’t them at all. I’ve cancelled my card now. The number he called from was actually the real Virgin number, so if you're unsure, just hang up and call that number directly to be safe.Virgin4 yearsGot another call about my home equity, and it’s not the first time they’ve rung me up.
