Working in the industry, I reckon that call about vibration white finger or hearing issues sounds like a total scam. At least the call centre had a UK accent this time, which was a nice change!

I received a call where the person instantly mentioned my full name and inquired whether I was employed in any kind of industry, without specifying which one. They simply asked if I held an industrial role. I have a suspicion that this might be linked to one of those dubious class action schemes regarding ear protection or something similar.
