After reading the comments, we decided not to pick up the call - it seemed dodgy, probably a scam.

We didn’t even get the chance to pick up as they hung up straight away. Honestly, if we had answered, we wouldn’t have engaged since the number was totally unfamiliar. Heard from others that it’s a scam though, so cheers for the heads up. Adding it to our block list now.

Got another call from someone claiming to be from Sky, offering half off my bill. Sounded pretty legit if you don’t know the tricks. I told them maybe they should concentrate on their English first coz I couldn’t make head nor tail of what they were saying, then just hung up.
