It seems that it's the so-called 'upgrades team' pushing those shiny new phone contracts for Three. However, they're not actually affiliated with the network itself, even though they'll do their utmost to make you believe otherwise. In all honesty, it’s probably wiser to contact Three directly instead of dealing with an intermediary.
