Vanquis really are a nuisance! I've been receiving two or three calls daily, and it's curious that this all kicked off when I was pondering a car change and researching insurance and loans. My financial history is clean, with no outstanding debts or mortgage obligations. I've even signed up with the Telephone Preference Service and installed a call blocker, yet they persist by using new numbers. This has dragged on for a month now, and they never leave a voicemail. I simply don't pick up calls from numbers I don't recognise!

To make matters worse, it’s not just this one-there are several other numbers that have reached out, each time looking for the same person! It's becoming quite the nuisance.

I’ve made it abundantly clear on several occasions that I am neither this individual nor have any connection to the place they mention. Even though I signed up for Payment Protection and was told I had a LifeLine for late payments, they still start ringing me as early as 7:45 in the morning on occasion. I've had an account with them for two years, and in the last couple of months, I've missed the direct debit date but have settled the payment a few days late. Now, they're bombarding me with calls from every number in their arsenal-3 to 4 times a day on my mobile, and they even ring my home phone at 9 in the evening, waking up my daughter. It's reached the point where I've had to unplug the phone entirely.
