This number's from skype. Every time I've tried calling a regular phone with it, that message pops up. It might be someone you know if they're on skype, but really, it could be just about anyone.

My phone rang from a number that showed up on Truecaller as "landline - Vodafone itd. (c&w)" or something like that. I have no idea what the (c&w) part means. Anyway, I didn’t pick up ‘cause I was tied up with something. Pretty clueless about who it could be!
